The check in process was super easy, and Devonte (I think that was his name) was so nice, professional, and knowledgable about IHG policies and procedures. I appreciated that my two rooms were close together. The rooms were super clean as well, and breakfast was great!

I hardly ever leave reviews in the places we stay at BUT, I had to write a review here. We got a double queen room and it was a bit small (we had ALOT of luggage ) we asked for an upgrade and they did not hesitate! We loved the room our kiddos where so happy with the room size and the view! All staff where so welcoming, went above and beyond! Even baked us cookies two nights in a row. Cleaning staff where so respectful, sweet and even brought back to our new room an item we forgot at the o first room we had. We where near by almost everything, Walmart, restaurants, attractions etc.. breakfast was yummy also. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again! Oooo almost forgot.. the pool and hot tub were amazing and clean.

The rooms looked nice but were not clean. There was black hair all over the the bathroom, trash under the air conditioner unit and trash under the night stand. Location is bad as this is bad side of town. There is a huge pot hole going into the parking lot and front of the building. They messed up our reservation, making us think we didn't have a room when we got there. We were also told we could not have a room with a view as they were all taken. We got to see the boarded up building and nasty parking lot with dumpsters and vagrants. Overall not worth the hassle. They put our reservation in incorrectly, had us checking in on the 24th when we reserved 25th through 29th. We told the manager taking our reservation that the 24th was wrong but he left it there. We called before to make sure it was 25th through 29th and were told it was. When we got there we were told we were supposed to be there on the 24th. The person working the desk assured us he took care of it. After checking out and returning home we noticed a $125 withdrawal on our account on top of the room fee. They charged us a no show full day for the 24th. Sad world we live in today, when they make money off of their mastakes. I tried to talk to someone there about the issue and he was rude and pretty much told me that he was on vacation around that time and it wasn't his problem.
